An excellent read about what it means to build-measure-learn and how to adapt a lean mindset as you tackle the challenges of being an entrepreneur. Overall a staple read if you want to start thinking and acting like an owner and like a startup.
Shape Up

This is one of my favorite reads which challenges the way you think about software development. Not only does Ryan do an excellent job of explaining the struggles of creating awesome product, but he succinctly describes how and where to think about successfully delivering great product.
Measure What Matters
By John Doerr
In roughly 400 pages, Doerr tells us exactly why and how implementing OKRs can benefit a business. By walking the reader through case study after case study, Doerr covers all bases and discusses how major tech companies have leveraged OKR to make them highly successful.
The Making of a Manager
By Julie Zhou
In this novel, Julie does an amazing job detailing some of the biggest fears and realities of first-time team managers. Her approach is crisp, relatable and endearing. Additionally, some of her techniques are things that I keep in mind to this day.
